What is a third-party fundraiser?

A third-party fundraising event is conducted by an individual, group, or organization in the community with proceeds to benefit Sierra Delta. It is planned and executed independently of Sierra Delta.

It’s as easy as 1,2,3

STEP ONE

Make collecting donations before, during, and after your event easy by creating your own fundraising link. Here is a helpful video tutorial for creating a link and QR code. Whether it’s a peer-to-peer fundraiser online or an in-person event, your personalized link makes collecting donations seamless! 

STEP TWO

Highlight your reason why and share your event with your friends, family, and social media platforms! The more people you tell, the quicker you can reach your goal. Watch the tutorial video below to learn how to grab your QR code to share with your community!

STEP THREE

After the event, send 4-5 pics highlighting your fundraiser. Include a short description and details that will help tell your story, such as how much you raised. We’d love to show our followers on social media the effect that your fundraising has on our community!

Do you want your fundraiser to be featured on our website or social media? Join our list of top fundraisers to be featured on our website year-round!

If you want us to post your event on our Facebook and Instagram, submit the information to socialmedia@sierradelta.com. You can expect this to be posted twice on Sierra Delta’s Facebook and Instagram accounts. If you tag us in your posts, we will also interact with those.
