What is a third-party fundraiser?

A third-party fundraising event is conducted by an individual, group, or organization in the community with proceeds to benefit Sierra Delta. It is planned and executed independently of Sierra Delta.

STEP ONE

Design your event. Host a fundraiser that reflects you — from cookouts and golf outings to dog walks and local meetups. The Fundraising Toolkit offers ideas, tips, and templates to help you plan every detail your way.

STEP TWO

Promote your event. Spread the word to your community! Use our downloadable graphics, flyers, and social post templates to share your event and invite friends, family, and neighbors to get involved.

STEP THREE

Collect the money. Raise funds online through Sierra Delta’s donation link or collect cash and checks at your event. Every dollar goes directly toward connecting more veterans with life-enhancing dogs.

Do you want your fundraiser to be featured on our website or social media? Join our list of top fundraisers to be featured on our website year-round!

If you want us to post your event on our Facebook and Instagram, submit the information to info@sierradelta.com. You can expect this to be posted twice on Sierra Delta’s Facebook and Instagram accounts. If you tag us in your posts, we will also interact with those.
